SaltWeb
Website for the youth group of Primeira Igreja Batista em Lagoa Santa, with events, devotionals and a podcast.
- My role
- Developer and interface owner.
- Technologies
- Next.js · React · TypeScript · Tailwind CSS · Vercel
The problem
The old site was hard to maintain, and the contact form needed to be more reliable.
What I delivered
- Event, podcast and devotional pages with reusable components.
- A contact form with its own Next.js route.
- Devotionals loaded from an external file and updated without a new deployment.
Technical decisions
Content separate from the interface
Events and podcasts live in data files, and devotionals come from a JSON file on GitHub Pages.
Trade-off: with no admin panel, updating events still means editing files.
Outcome
Official youth group website live.
